The only external requirement is your domain name, which needs to be registered and purchased directly by you (typically around $10–$15/year). Other than that, the only potential costs would be optional feature add-ons or hosting fees if your website traffic ever exceeds free tier limits—which is extremely rare for small businesses.
Do I own the website after launch?
Yes, absolutely! Once the full payment is made, you completely own the website and its content. However, to save you from the technical complexities of coding and server deployment, we fully manage the website’s hosting and code updates for you. If you ever specifically request the source code, we are happy to hand it over to you anytime.
What if I need changes after the project is done?
All our website packages include one month of free post-launch support. To keep things hassle-free, we never charge monthly maintenance fees. You only pay when you need an update: a flat $10 fee for text and media changes, or a flat $40 fee if you want to modify the layout. Simple, upfront, and transparent.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're not happy with the initial design concepts, we'll refund your deposit - no questions asked. After design approval, we don't offer refunds, but we'll work with you through revisions within the agreed scope until you're satisfied.
